To add a tool follow the following steps 

First go to start then select run 

(Type (Magnify 

Zoom tool will appear at the top of  screen 

Click (OK) on the message

(Select the level of zoom from option (magnification level

And then minimize the window 

To close the Zoom tool 

(Click this (Exit
